My only suggestion would be that you enable classice members to read e-mail sent by premium members so that premium members can send a phone number. Thank you. This service did work well.

Great that the site worked for you. When a Premium member sends an email to a Classic member they receive an email alert from the system telling them that someone is interested in making contact and showing them the link to the specific ad of the person who sent the email. This means that if they are interested in making contact they will also upgrade to Premium ... and if not at least they don't waste your time.

Overall, it was quite good. I liked the compatability matching. I think lack of availability within the same time frame should be a bigger deduction from compatability, however.

This is a tough one. For some people availability dates are 100% essential as they absolutely must move, for others there is a lot more flexibility on moving dates. That's why we chose to make a fairly small deduction for availability that is not an exact fit. It at least means everyone can see the matches and then check the actual availability and decide for themselves. The algorithm then recalculates the match percentage every day as dates move to either a better or worse match.
