Back courtyard with loads of greenery, small garden & 4 burner gas BBQ.

King massive queen bedroom available on 3rd floor with wardrobe and some city views. Min 6 month rental is preferred.
If you need car parking we have resident street parking permit available.

About our household
Nick, Dale & Bernard have been sharing a home together for 2 years and we get along very well as housemates. We have our own social lives however enjoy catching up at home with a glass of wine in our down time.

Nick's a Kiwi, into the gym, loves cooking/BBQ's & spends most week nights chilling at home after the gym so youll see him more than you will Bernard or Dale. Nick has a gorgeous standard size Boxer X dog about 15 months old. She's absolutely adorable so you must like dogs.

Bernards often on the go, into keeping fit at the gym, likes to eat out & travels from time to time for work.

Dale's British and been living here now for 2 years perm residentand loves it! He also keeps fit at the gym and is quite a social person.
