Its clean, modern, and comfortable. It is in a good location, close to parks and the M1. and is a 5 minute bus ride to the beach or Uni. both the 601 and the 608 go by at the front of the complex.

About our ideal flatmate
Would prefer someone who is a student or employed full time. Being clean is important but doesn't have to be OCD. This is a townhouse so as tenants we must both be respectful of our neighbours as well as each other.
