About our home
The home on offer is a 2-storey 5th floor bright penthhouse apartment in the Victoria Park development in Zetland. We are a quick 2 min walk to buses and 10min walk to Green Square train station. The apartment has a gourmet kitchen with european appliances, that we don't use nearly enough, an internal laundry with washer and dryer and a large open-plan lounge/dining with an adjoining large entertaining balcony facing the CBD with outdoor lounge and dining area and a barbecue.

The room is on the lower floor of the apartment and has it's own balcony overlooking the large garden courtyard of the building. It also has built-in wardrobes and a telephone connection and is also cabled for it's own Foxtel box wich is available at a small extra fee if desired. A queen bed with a new matress is also available if required.

The rent includes the secure carspace, local telephone, wireless broadband internet access and Foxtel in the main living area.

About our household
Hi, hate this part, but here we go... ...Name is Peter, work too many hours as a business consultant in the CBD, although, some days I don't go in to the office at all. Try to keep a nice calm and happy lifestyle. I have many and varied interests ranging from art and architecture to film and TV, love to travel and value my friends greatly.

Our other flatmate is Daniel, a young and social 25yr old, working during the week in the city followed by fairly laid back weekends. He heads for the occasional drink with mates and enjoys a good night out. He likes cooking and outdoor activities as well as regularly travelling back home to QLD for weekends away.

About our ideal flatmate
Looking for the usual characteristics of honesty, reliability, sensibility etc. In addition to that, would like a fun flatmate that is also low maintenance, is aware of their surroundings and understands the concept of shared space and friendship. An employed person who is friendly, laid-back and relaxed about life would be perfect!
