About our home
Brand new fully furnished a/cond 3 bedroom townhouse in quiet development. Double room or Queen Room queen bed available if req or unfurnished available with BIR and ceiling fan, plus own seperate bathroom. Only one room will be let out, as the other will be Office/study room.
Train station at Beenleigh is in walking distance, and runs express into the city taking approx 30minutes. Buses nearby go to the logan hyperdome.

About our household
I am a friendly 37 year old male, well travelled, quiet and friendly kind of guy. I have lived here for 12 months and really made this place a relaxed and comfy home.
I work in the city as a contractor, and my hours are generally during b/h. I regularily go swimming at nearby pool, and go to the gym to do the boxing classes.
I visit friends for bbq's and occasionally enjoy going to the beach for the day. I also enjoy listening to music, playing the piano, and sometimes head out into the city for a weekend night out. As I am from a Hungarian background, I enjoy cooking European foods.
I am generally clean, lead a healthy lifestyle and its not that often i have visitors over as I usually go out to visit my friends/family.

About our ideal flatmate
I am looking to live with a professional, student or F/T empolyed person. Age is no barrier as I seem to communicate really well on most levels. It would be great to have a flatmate who is relatively independant, however enjoys and can relax whilst at home too. Friendliness and communication are a bonus as it would be great to get along well with someone than being a stranger. I would like to think that my flatmate can feel comfortable and enjoy the home, both respecting privacy and enjoy an occasional chat.
