Hello, I'm Emil, 23, work full time 8:30-5 M-F in the city, travel using public transport only. I'm a reasonably clean person and take care of my own things, respect the privacy of others. That being said, I'm generally a nice guy, easygoing, social and open-minded. I'm gay but nothing outrageous. Would enjoy having some beers watching TV as much as dining-in with good food and wine, reading a book sipping coffee as much as having a few drinks at the pub and hitting the dance floor afterwards, being geeky in front of my macbook as much as having a long conversation at the end of the day about random things. Into the environment, music, movies, books, and art, but I would be lying if I only restrict my interests into those categories.
I have to move out after the 15th of September exact day negotiable and will be living in Sydney for sure until the end of December, but hopefully for at least one more year. Ideally the area is in Inner City to Inner West, Woolahra to Bondi Junction, North Sydney to Mosman, or East Sydney to Surry Hills. Willing to pay between $150-$210 per month.
I have my own bedroom furniture ie desk, bedside table, bookcase, coat hanger and would prefer unfurnished room with built-in closet. If bed is not available, I have a spare queen-size bed that I can take with me.
I'm a social person an would prefer to live with someone who is also clean, social, and open-minded. That said, I'm not too picky and I don't bite!

Heya....well- im at uni at the moment but i finish in 6 weeks and will then be going into full-time work pretty soon. I go out quite a bit and enjoy a beer or two.
