My ideal location would be Ultimo and adjacent suburbs but I will consider inner west/western suburbs in general, including Parramatta area My ideal household is to live with 1 or 2 other guys between 25 & 55. Hi I'm Dale a 26 year old from the UK but been living in Sydney since Feb 2008. I've being sponsored at the moment so will be here for at least another 4 years. I'm currently living in Darlinghurst, in a great house with some great guys but my step sister and best mate from the UK are moving out here in September so I have to start looking for a new plcae, with 3 rooms I know it is a lot to ask, but worth a try.
We are all professional people, down to earth, play and work hard and respect anyone we live with. We are also very reliable when it comes to paying the rent on time!
We are looking for a home not just a house to live in and are hopeing to make some new friends along the way! We are ideally looking for a place that is near enough from the city for work but far enough to get away from the madness of it. We want a place that is homely, and not just a house, relaxed, open and sociable.
I'm looking to live with people who are socailble, clean and tidy, but also willing to have a bit of give and take with things as there's nothing worse than living in a house, and not a home! Would like a relaxed atmosphere, and respect for others.
It's much harder cooking for one person so anyone who is up for sharing cooking would be good. I've been told my cooking is good, but I guess I'll let you have the final say!

Hello there. I'm a well adjusted and nice guy in my 30's. I currently live in Woollahra and I'm looking for an established or new home or another flatseeker who wants to team up and find a place locally. I can be comfy at home watching bad telly, doing dinner, just relaxing etc..and whilst I don't consider myself a big scene goer nowadays, I do enjoy the occasional drink with mates. I don't actively seek a party but life is spontaneous and sometimes it's fun to kick your heels up.
I'm professionally employed and work in the city, hours 9 -5, sometime later, but not too late.
I've always been a bit stuck for hobbies, such as stamp collecting, train spotting etc. What can I say? I read, I love film and I go to the gym I love to cook too. Italian used to be my thing but lately I've been trying my hand at Chinese dumplings and all sorts of stuff. On the food front, I'm vegetarian, but don't care of you are or not. Just don't expect me to cook meat as I'd be completely crap at it probably. I make a great vegetable tart though!
My work hours are 9-5 and I'm mostly one to lob in from work, get into something comfy and chill out. I like to be lazy sometime I'm looking for either an established bright and breezy apartment to share or another to look for an apartment together. I'd like to stay in the East, particularly around the Bondi Junction, Woollahra or Edgecliff area. Easy going, friendly. All the usual attributes. I may like to just disappear into my room and expect that my space and possible absence from the living room need not be explained as we all crave down time sometimes. I'd ideally hope to find nice sorts to co exist with and be able to just feel relaxed and engage in a discussion about the meaning of life every so often or gush about design, film or theatre.
