About us
Hey, my name is Graeme. I'm a 38yr old Kiwi & been living here now for nearly 8yrs. Currently living in Surry Hills & looking to stay in the area. I work full time Monday to Friday in Finance based in North Sydney. I'm an easy going relaxed kind of guy. Like to catchup with friends & also meet new people. Love to cook when I can. My favorite would be making cupcakes. Nothing like a good roast also. Not all that much on the scene, but do enjoy a night out from time to time. A drink or two at home, then head out for a nice meal followed by a few drinks somewhere. A coffee at Grumpys during the day is also good. Love to travel, movies, photography, walking, entertaining, shopping, quiet nights in... I could go on. Just myself looking. I don't smoke. Love pets, preferably cats.
Mostly importantly that it feels like a home. Warm, inviting, cozy... A place to look forward to after a hard day at work. I have my own bedroom furniture only. Looking for good sized room to fit queen size bed, bedside cabinet, chect of drawers, computer desk & small cabinet with tv. If no built in wardrobe, then room would need to be big enough to fit one. I'm flexible & adaptable. Be close to transport, but enjoy walking so I don't mind if it's not right on the door step. Looking to share with someone who I can get along with. Have a good laugh, grab a coffee from time to time, socialise, maybe travel with. I cook for myself at present & would probably continue that. If I am cooking for friends, then the other flatmate is always welcome & vice versa. Entertaining from time to time is great, plus quiet weekends to unwind & recharge. Would like a tidy place but not to anal that you feel like you can't do anything. Share cleaning of house, but do own rooms.

About us
Hello, I'm Anson. I'm 24 years old, non smoking, non drinking Asian student and have been living in Brisbane for six years now. But need to move to Sydney to do some further studies and to start work. While I'm in Brisbane, I've been living with the same family homestay for all these time. So I guess I can get alone with people well. Also, because I lived in the family and under their care for all these time, I feel like I need to be truly independent and start taking care of myself.
I can be very shy at first, but will open up more and more after you get to know me. I consider myself a very friendly and loyal person as well.
When I move to Sydney, I would spend my first few months studying. After that I would start working. Either way, the time is the normal nine to five hours. Ideally, my home should be either close to the city and my place of study near North Shore. Close to transport is nice too. Do not like walking a long long way to transport in a hot day. I'm a sweaty person, yikes.
A fully furnished room would be nice but am OK is get my own furniture. I tend to spend a lot of time in my room, so I like my room to be a bit spacious, ideally can fit a study desk and a book shelf among other things. I do have a lot of stuffs and I mean A LOT, so bit of storage space is nice. I'm a bit of clean freak when it comes to toilets, so would like to have my own bathroom but it's not necessary. I like quite times and my own space so I don't expect the house would become a party house. You can have friends or boyfriend over as much as you want, as long as you keep it quite and reasonable I don't really care. Always love a chat with my housemates and get to know them as a friend. Prefer a neat and tidy place, but a little bit of mess here and there doesn't bother me. As for household duties cooking and cleaning, share of duties would be nice but also really don't mind people doing their own thing. Don't mind pets as well if the pet doesn't poo or pee everywhere

About us
A 31 year old Melbournian who has spent the last 2 years in London, now moving to Sydney for work. I'm easy going, work 9-5ish in North Sydney, like my Aussie rules and a quiet drink, and keen to find a gym in Sydney to head to after work. Lived in shared houses for the last 6 years so know how to be considerate of others. Don't know my way round Sydney quite yet, but looking for somewhere central, close to transport and shops. Do have some furniture in Melb, but would prefer not to haul it interstate if possible. Like to find some normal and easy going people, and from previous house share experiences NOT people who play that stupid World of Warcraft game in the loungeroom all day and night!
