I work as a full time receptionist in professional services. I'm a 17 soon to be 18 year old genderfluid onmisexual feminist with Aspergers. I sing a lot and like to have music on a lot of the time. Must be close enough to Warwick or a train station on the Joondalup line to allow public transport travel to Warwick shops, as I rely on public transport instead of driving. Should also allow easy travel into the city. Internet is a must. A bath is a huge plus but I'm flexible. Any room to step out and be alone is also good. I like being alone. If you allow cats that would be preferred, but I can leave them if necessary. Must be trans friendly and call me by my preferred name/pronouns. Age doesn't matter to me but I will not accept condescension. I would like people who can keep their distance unless I allow them in. The weirder the better. I'd like the noise to be down when I try to sleep and I'll reciprocate that. I can clean around the house but I prefer to not be held to any expectations about how I must act. Again, I will reciprocate that. I can manage having to cook for myself.
