I work as a full time receptionist in insurance. I am a fairly quiet, sociable as well.My work Monday- Friday 8:30- 5:30 MON- FRI involves a lot of people contact so there are times when I get home I like to have some personal privacy, peace and space. I am a gay asian-australian male. I work as a corporate receptionist in the Insurance sector. Somewhere near transportation trains/trams and shops Zone 1 preferably. I would prefer to share with 1 gay man although I am fine a with gay woman too . I prefer people who want to entertain elsewhere that is not bringing people home constantly. An apartment/townhouse would be preferable which is reasonably clean, am comfortable with a little mess I do respect and understand that as a household we work full time and are tired at times. I would prefer meals to be separate. A private home is quite important to me, im big on personal privacy and space what you do in your own room and how you clean is your business and would expect the same in return. I am quite clear on personal boundaries and do believe in reasonable share in terms of household duties and rent. I pay my rent and bills on time , im not a huge party animal and feel uncomfortable if my flatmate would constantly bring people home on a regualr basis, but entertaining friends or a best friend would be fine. I would like to live with someone who is low maintenance,hassle free who does not impose restrictions to where I go, what I do in my personal time and in relation to house rules, I clean up after myself.
