I work about 30hrs a week remotely on a business that I co-own, which is located out of town. I work quietly from home usually at a desk in my current room and I have a passion for graphic and web-design which provides some extra income. I am financially stable and always pay bills on time.
I jog daily and love to look good and keep fit, cooking pretty healthy meals.
I have a great tenancy history. I have no pets and would like to meet new potential housemates soon as I can move as soon as 30/11. Bond is no prob and paying some rent in advance, as requested, is fine. Have own car and cooks myself.
