Hello, I am expecting to move to into Canberra mid February 2010. I'm 37, Gay Female, working Mon-Fri in Defence. My partner remains in our house in Sydney and I plan to commute to Sydney weekends. I would also wish my partner to stay with me should she visit on a weekend. Mostly in the evenings, after the gym, I prefer to cook and then watch TV. I enjoy a glass of wine occasionally. I like to cook. I am quiet and work out regularly at the gym. I have a motorcycle which I love riding. I am ex. British Army and house trained! I have a relaxed and calm personality. I can obtain a good character reference from my past flatmate. I have no pets. I intend to be in Canberra long-term and I am saving for house deposit to purchase property in Canberra. I would hope for a twelve month lease with you.
I am seeking safe, clean and secure accommodation. I would prefer a furnished room with a bed and own bathroom but share bathroom is fine. Dishwasher is a luxury but not essential. ADSL access would be good as an included utility. Secure parking for a motorcycle would be an advantage. Air conditioning a must! A space where we can share respect, consideration and integrity with eachother. Not a lot of noise after 10pm weekdays would be good for me as I am an early riser. I'm not a neat freak, comfortable mess ok, but not dirty food in kitchen / shared area's, or bathroom left yukky.
