I am a 31 year old male who has recently immigrated from South Africa. I am not to much into the scene and prefer a good meal and relaxing time at home, but still enjoy the occasional night out. I have secured a 12 month contract and will be working Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm and will have weekends free. I am a qualified accountant currently studying towards my CPA. Most weekends I enjoy shopping, catching a movie or just socialising with friends. I am honest, reliable, clean and tidy person. Not a perfectionist, but I still like things to be clean. Quite at first, but once I get to know someone, I am quite talkative and social. Not just looking for a housemate but a friend as well.
My idea home would be close to the city with close access to bus stops. Would like to stay with people that want to be friends or do their on thing. Prefer to live with people between the ages of 20 - 40. I willing to share the cooking and not afraid to help with household chores.

I'm clean and relatively tidy, but most people know exam block means you need to have a small space of clutter. I cook for myself most of the time because of work and then going to uni.
Love cars. I have 2 vehicles, company ute and my own car.
In summer I do lifesaving down the coast, usually 1 Weekend a month. Also doing rowing on the alternating Saturdays.
Don't go clubbing much- prefer parties. Not a big drinker, probably just smash it once a month.

Own bathroom/ensuite is a definite plus and internet would be a must have. MUST have a garage/carport to store my car- Ute isn't really a hassle. And it's pretty crucial that I have enough space for queen bed desk for computer.

Mark I am looking at living in a nice place preferably without animals inside or with people who smoke inside as i have asthma and it is not good for my health. I dont have any furniture apart from a bed so I would have to move into a fully furnished house. I would like a place that is not overly small somewhere where there is enough space so were not in each others space 24/7. Pretty laid back takes alot to get me angry but dont like having to clean up after other people. I am looking at living with people who are respectful and clean and easy to get along with. It doesnt mean we have to be best mates although a good relationship with your housemates would make home a nicer place to come back to. I work hard during the week so i am usually pretty tired weeknights and go to bed fairly early. So preferably not a crazy house during the week would suit me best. I think thats about it If there is anything you would like to know please ask I am very easy going I just wrote lots of stuff down as there are lots of different types of people around n need to be pretty up front lol. I am more than happy to share in any cleaning that needs doing. I have a few friends who would drop in now and then. Not to party. Just for a visit. Not that i object to parties but because of my work hours i very rarely party these days.
