Im 27 years old, full-time student QUT and full-time worker, therefore not that much at home. I`m easy to go along with, drama free. I like clean and tidy places. Not really good at cooking but try sometimes. Don`t mind to share food and the cleaning. Im pretty quiet, don`t go out much during the week. Transfering with work to Caboolture around Mid 2011. Looking for a place to call home - not just a place to crash! Young at heart open minded 40's guy, non-scene, non-smoker, social drink now and again, not a party hardy, fair cook, no bad habits, enjoy movies, music, dvd's, coffee, dining out, walking, cycling, lawn bowls. Working weekdays & alternate weekends. Probably not around on days off. Wouldn't mind pets. Ideally somewhere close to Caboolture - with safe car parking - private bathroom would be cool altho' not an absolute necessity - don't want to have to spend all my time in room so a friendly relaxed warm home environment would best suit my personality. Flexible about sharing household duties - cooking/cleaning etc.

I get along with most people of all ages so I'm open as to who you are - I guess it's up to you really! Happy to adapt to whatever makes the household work in harmony. I'm easy going and down to earth, have lived alone for a couple of years now so I'm well and truly house trained, clean, neat & tidy but in no way OCD about it!
