Professional, sane, mature, self-sufficient, pretty quiet, very clean and tidy guy, 38 years, CBD worker. Have been living solo for quite some time and now considering sharing again to save a bit of money. That might be, say, a whole area of a house or several rooms in a house or a self-contained part of a house...you get the idea. Would love a place with character, something that sets it apart. I want to live somewhere that I'm glad to come home to, in a nutshell and that means a clean and tidy place where everything is in its place. Can't and won't live in a hovel...
Modern or old-fashioned doesn't matter so much, but I'd like somewhere with a/c Brisbane summers are lousy without it - even winter and autumn is a stretch and somewhere quiet. Own bathroom, own facilities would be great. Built-ins would also be good and pay-TV would be awesome! Overall, apart from the need for space, pretty flexible.
I keep to myself most of the time and am well-versed at enjoying my own company, so my ideal home would be one in which I could interact with my fellow housemate/s as much or as little or not at all, as we all choose.
