i have recently bought and moved into a great two bed apartment across the road from Collaroy beach. it has been fully renovated, new kitchen, two bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, polished floor broads, new carpet in bedrooms.
fantastic views from balcony and kitchen, tastefully furnished, great artwork, lots of cool tunes, surround sound cinema, foxtel and broadband.
security building of only 6 units, top floor, very private, south east front aspect, bedrooms face west and are quiet and private.
Literally 2 seconds from beach, on city transport, around the corner from shops, restaurants and cinema.

Its a fully furnished cosy two bedroom unit with large living area with all the mod cons and comforts as well as lots of sunshine to warm the place up during the day leading off the lounge room is a rather large balcony with a comfy lounge and BBQ with a great veiw!!The kitchen is huge lots of room to cook up a storm all white goods microwave blender etc provided, The bathroom is also quite large with bath and shower which is awesum!! The unit is situated right near marrickville road so is central to public transport and shops, newtown is 5min by bus city is 15min by train. Finally the room avail will fit queen size bed and chest of drawers etc windows have venetians the room is fully vacant for you to decorate as you choose!!storage space is also available I'M 32 years old I work full time in Human Resources, I work hard during the week and enjoy socializing with my friends on the weekends, My home is clean and tidy, a place to escape to, my friends do visit but during the week I prefer it to be calm and relaxing. Ideal flatmate would be cheerful, happy working fulltime responsible for there share of bills etc, honest trust worthy and clean and tidy you make a mess you clean up after yourself cleaning duties would be shared, prefer cooking for ourselves. beautiful house, front and back yard. gorgeous cammeray right near north sydney, seriously only 15 mins to the city great public transport. good coffee so my fiance tells me and he is fussy when it comes to coffee and alcholic beverages. we've got wireless, don't have a microwave by choice but are ofcourse cool without whatever someone brings to the house. the house itself fully furnished but not the room. room has a lovely big built in. just call me or text if you have any questions, oh street parking good particularly as us three don't drive. you'll have better luck with the mo luke and i recently engaged, but not moving out any time soon, we seriously adore this house to much, oh and we use one of the rooms we rent as a music room. luke is a musician, pianist and musical director, im a teacher/performer one of us is usually singing in the house and nadine who is a divine british girl works in the city as a secretary. love her to bits. sometimes she emerges from her room at like midday and you didn't even realise she was there. she's great. oh ok. our dog. ringo is a jack russell, trust me, if you are not fond of dogs, maybe don't waste your time and i mean that nicely. i don't want him to get on people's nerves to much to the point they want to yell at him they way luke and i have to. he is energetic, and a little demanding. you have been warned. reckon male only. just that we already have 2 females, 2 would be a tad too many. most of my mates are gay i studied musical theatre at waapa & ideal flatmate would be i guess as chilled as us. we keep weird hours. eg both luke and i take choirs on tues and thurs nights and eat at like ten at night. he isn't home a great deal, but often if he is, he will rehearse in the music room. nadine is just awesome. oh, prefer tidy, have mates over by all means, don't mind casual partners just not maybe every night, had that once becomes a pain, just don't use all the hot water! ericax
