A beautiful new spacious apartment in a vital and energetic part of the Inner West. The apartment is spacious and affords the flatmates privacy and indeed sharing when required. The apartment is on the third floor and is quiet and very well set-out. Beautifully furnished and adorned. I am an easy going person, working in the airline industry and enjoy cooking and indeed spending quality time at home when not with friends. I like order but am not anal about it.Just detest dirty plates in the sink for a week !!! My ideal flatmate would be a male, would consider a female maybe. Someone that is fun, not reclusive, prepared to sare a home and bring into it, laughter and energy. A partnered flat mate is okay as long as I am not sharing with TWO.
Sleepovers okay but extended stays are a dilemma. I don't mind a smoker, but prefer in moderation and not a four packet a day!!!

Close to Stanmore train station and supermarket. 10 mintue walk to buses on Parramatta Road. 15 minute walk to Leichardt. Apartment is fully furnished and room can be furnished also. Plenty of room for additional furniture, as well as a storage room for excess objects. Looking for a student or full-time worker who has no trouble paying rent on time. Must be able to have a good laugh and gossip.
