About us
It's a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with secure car space on the 4th floor with a gorgeous balcony and view. Since the apt faces the back pool and fitness area, it doesn't get any of the noise of King St, but it's just minutes from all the awesomeness the neighborhood has to offer i.e. restaurants, pubs, shops, and cafes of all kinds as well as at least 6 different buses within a 2 minute walk. Also, just a 10 minute walk to Sydney Uni and RPAH, 15 min walk to Broadway shopping centre, 20 mins to Central Station, and 33 mins to the heart of the CBD, and 45 mins to the Circular Quay. It's a really great place to live. I should note, though, that our lease won't let us have pets or more than one other person. The $300/wk includes all bills and WiFi. My partner and I are tidy, social, witty, artsy, active open-minded, queer eco-conscious American expats. One fulltime grad student, one professional. We like good beer and a clean house. We're both vego and we typically cook all week and eat out on the weekends. We have friends from all over the world, so there's frequently a guest staying on the futon. We don't have a TV, because we watch movies on the computer. We're flexible, easy going, and generous. We'd like to live with someone clean, considerate, reliable, respectful who recycles. That part is essential to us. But, if we're talking about our ideal here, well, then we'd also like someone social, funny, intelligent, non-smoking, vegetarian, and environmentally conscious. We'd prefer someone looking for a longer term situation, and a flatmate who will be a friend too we don't have to be besties or anything, but it would nice to hang out on occasion.

A furnished room is now available in a quiet and secured location on Broadway road @quadrant apartments, next to Uni Lodge Broadway. It is only a minute walk from Broadway shopping center, 15 mins walk to Darling harbour and 5-10 mins by bus to Circular Quay.
