About us
The place is fully furnished except for the bedroom, although a spare queen mattress is available if needed. It is a modern house, with a decent size yard, washing machine and dishwasher. The spare room does have built in robes. And the house is close to the university and bus stops. There is also an island car park in the street. We are a male 25 and female 28. Both non-smokers. We both work in hospitality, so our hours are very scattered and will constantly be in and out of the house. We have one dog named Sonny so who ever moves in must be ok with pets as he is allowed inside. It is a neat house and do expect shared house work. We do like to entertain friends when possible. Our ideal flat mate would be between the ages of 22-35, non-smoker. You must be currently working. We feed ourselves but do have the occasional family dinners, so you must be able to supply your own food. Someone who is on the cleaner side. We don't mind you having people over, as long as they respect the property and understand that we do weird hours and sleep is a must for us. We don't mind if you bring casual partners over, please be private about it though. No pets.
