Hi all this is a 3 beroom fibro house in East Toowoomba close to Queens Park and the city centre close to all, in a quite street, Have done the garden up from scratch and all looking good. Very quiet and clean environment. Great central location - walk everywhere. Good parking all round. Built-in wardrobes, desk and chair included but no bed although I have a sofa bed that can be used if needed. Ceiling fans, A/C in lounge. Unlimited ADSL2 Internet and local/national call included as well as utilities - except for water. I'm John, 46, a Bookkeeper working from home. Not into parties or socialising...non-smoker/drinker, vegetarian but not a preacher, private and fiercely independent. I enjoy hanging out with my dog and exploring new places. I'm home all nights and weekends. Very respectful of others. Would be ideal for a mature student or full-time worker who is wanting a quiet place and enjoys going out instead of being at home. I need someone who is extremely quiet and respectful. They must love dogs as my dog has the run of the place. I'm happy to be responsible for cleaning.
