About us
3 br brick/tile house large front & back yards, fully furnished and all appliances including broadband internet, landline telephone, tv/foxtel, fridge, microwave and washer. Close to the shopping centre and 3 minutes walk to one of two bus stops that take you to either the train station or directly to the city.
We live in a quite neighbourhood, close to a park, leasure centre, pub/restaurant, cinema and various other stores too many to list
The room for rent has a single bed and a small wardrobe, any other requirements for the room is to be provided by yourself. We are a gay couple 53 & 42, one Asian the other Aussie, we are somewhat on the scene, love to party but also like to spend time at home, cooking Alex is a chef, relaxing with a drink, either listening to music, watching tv/foxtel or simply talking.
We like to keep the house clean neat & tidy, and share all the chores, we do not have any pets.
We enjoy the company of our friends and love entertain at home occasionally. The person we are looking for will have a steady full time job with a regular income, someone how is willing to share in the household chores, keep the house clean neat & tidy. If the person is single we do understand that someday he will meet his partner, all we ask is that he forewarn us if he intends to invite his partnet to share his accommodation, we also do not object to him bringing home casual partners so long as he understands that he is ultimately responsible for them and their actions.
