Well furnished & equipped house in quiet leafy neighbourhood, 4 kms from CBD. Close to transport, shops cafe strip and walking distance to ECU Mt Lawley. Multiple living spaces, well equipped gas kitchen, large bathroom, great user friendly garden, barbeque seating etc. Airconditioned big screen TV etc. Clean , comfortable and stylish. Hi I'm Daz our household comprises Lukka & Adam a young couple from Poland, Topsie a mature straight lady & myself. We have a happy fun household, in which we welcome our many friends. Week days are generally reasonably quiet as everyone is working,some meals are shared sometimes people choose to do their own thing.Life here is not too structured. We all respect each others privacy and space. Household chores are shared and we run are clean & efficient home, that is well presented, & comfortable for all of us.Mutual respect kindness, fun and laughter abound Our ideal housemate I guess is similar to us I guess.
