Modern spacious fully furnished townhouse. Front and back garden, Quiet location near to Curtain university. Close to public transport, pubs, restaurants and shopping centre. 7 Km to city. 30 year old professional guy, very down to earth and easy to get a long with.Not really into the scene but dont mind a night out every now and then, very outdoorsey type into sports and keeping fit and healthy.
This is not a party house so if thats what your after then this is not what your looking for. I like enteraining friends every now and then and enjoy a drink and good laugh.
I am definiety not a tidy freek you only have to look at my bedroom to work that out but like to keep the common areas pretty neat and tidy. Open to people of all ages, someone that is easy going and considerate. Would like to share with someone i can have a good chat and drink with.
Dont mind you bringing friends around but at the same time dont want them there every night. More that happy to answer any more questions you my have, just fire away.

This is a 70s luxury house. It's very large and has so much space. The whole place is nicely furnished and has it all! I'm Goran, 22 and there is 2 girls which are 22 and 23. We all currently work at the casino so we are shift workers. We mostly do out own things tho hang out from time to time and do stuff together. We have a quite household near City, house is fully furnished , 2 min walk to bus which takes 5 min to city, room offered has great view of the garden and the roses. Sunny backyard great to sit out in winter and have bbq in summer. Centrally located , 10-15 min drive to shopping complexes , city , beaches , river, freeway closeby.
Room is queen, has a wardrobe and mirror, we can provide drawrers and single bed/beds if needed. Has large window, sunny and airy room. Hose has Foxtel, Theatre room, High speed ADSL2 and free local and national calls. We are 28/25 gay male, easy going relaxed not a huge party animal but like to socialise, go out to dinner drinks. Busy life with work , both professional working in healthcare. Our dog is kindest and cutest and everyone falls in love with him quickly. Never barks likes attention. We keep our house neat and tidy, do major cleaning one a week, cook few nights a week. Like to go out , beach / camping on weekends. 20-40 yr old pref male but happy with female too, ok with couples.
