We have a double room available for rent in our very comfortable home in a quiet street in Beresfield. Off street parking available. Close to bus and train and walking distance to shops and most services. $175 per week including internet, electricity and water. The room is fully furnished if required, however, if you have your own furniture we will remove ours.

Old two story town house with lots if character. Cheap inner city rent. Off street parking in driveway only or parking on street. No neighbors either side, however can get busy due to nearby cafes and restaurants. Cheap inner city rent. Small court yard with cloths line. Shed with storage space. Very close to the cafes in Beaumont street. Room is on second level has built in wardrobe with large storage areas. Hamilton railway station is 3 min walk, buses from nearby Beaumont street. Study space available in back room. Any thing else just ask! home would suit someone who is not fussy about house decor and after cheap inner city rent.

I am male a young professional at work ever week day and some weekends working long hours. A quiet home body I don't mind if friends pop around to visit or occasionally stay overnight. Occasional dinner parties with small numbers are prefered, no loud drinking parties. I like to feel like my flatmates are like family, not strangers living in the same house. Occasionally share a meal together or go to cafes. Separate food shopping but shared household expences. my current flat mate is female 22 works shift work. both really easy to get on with.

About the ideal flatmate

Age is of no concern but a mature and responsible nature is essential. Respect for others property. Uni student or working person preferred. No drugs no stoners. I prefer to live with people who have goals and plans. Someone who is tolerant when it comes to others quirks. If you are clean and tidy in house common areas but not obsessive then we should get along fine. A couple is fine. friends can stay occasionally that's ok but if it ends up being more then half the week on a regular basis then a contribution towards house expences would be appreciated. Casual randoms are ok, just no thief's or weirdo's
