Hi there, I have a large room near the conjunction of Latrobe st and Russel St available on 29/09/08. Fully furnished and share with two students internet, water, elec in this townhouse.
The location is very good, 2 mins walking to melb central train station, and 1 mins walking distance to RMIT uni.
Two guys are living in the house, easy going....some times cook and have casual work to do. No pets allowed in the house, and need everyone to keep the house clean and tight. We are not party animal, but several friends visiting will be welcomed. The ideal people need to be easy going and quiet at evenings.
The price is $310 per week for two people dont mind couple or other status, or $295 per week for one person. Bond will be one month rental and tenants have to stay to the end of next FEB.

20squ semi renovated home - old but comfy. Close to transport and only 5-10 mins walk from beach. Was a 3 Bedroom but have converted a unused billard room into a 4th bedroom for me and partner. Nothing opulent but a comfortable house - . Has front and rear gardens which are works in progress. Bus and trains close by and the city about 45 mins by public trans. No other person here drives so the driveway would be the new housemates own. The room thats available is what would have been the 3td bedroom. It has a double BIR and would hold a double bed queen at a stretch but not leave much more room - It sprobably best suited for a single. Pretty quiet street neighbourhood with a milkbar just round the corner 3 guys currently living in the house - aged 40 and 30. All pretty much do our own thing but come together occiasionly for a drink or meal. I usually hit the scene once a week but the other 2 very rarely go out to the clubs. All cook for ourselves and as none of us a fans of housework the house would efinately fall under the heading of a comfortable mess - in saying that we do share the housework but its more a 'if you see it needs doing - do it situation rather than rosters and shit Our ideal flatmate is a laid back easy going honest person who respects others. I belive that once I offer my home up to you, you treat it with the rspect you would your own. Friends are cool but not every night and when they are there I expect you to ensure that they act like civilised folks and not teenage louts. your employment staus is no drama as long as you can afford the rent - peartners are cool but not when they begin to live here
