About us
Spacious 3 level converted warehouse with deck, its got the whole New York exposed brick, high ceiling look going on about it. Decent kitchen/lounge area plenty of space to entertain. Theres a garage which isnt being used at the moment not by a car anyway and a fireplace also. Personally i dig this place alot, im pretty sure you will too. I like to think we're pretty normal with quite laid back attitudes so we're pretty easy to live with. We're socialable, we laugh lots, if they're are good times to be had we're pretty keen to get into it. We like a tidy living space but we're certainly not rententive about it i dont mind doing most of the cleaning, for some reason i find it relaxing.
Renee is str8 so her own taste in things to do/see/experience are in line with that while I favour the indie music/art/movie scene, but do make my way to the Market on occasions. But as mentioned if there are good times to be had then anythings a go. If you have been flatting before then its safe to assume you know what constitutes a good flatmate and what doesnt.

The house is old, i guess you would say it has character, 2 good size rooms available, rooms don't have built in robes. Good size backyard for entertaining, house is on a quiet street running between lygon and sydney road so close to the retreat! Lauren is an outdoor ed student and Mon is a writer, we are 21 and 22 both like to party alot BUT are also obsessed with tv so we like to chill at home too. We have a room available in our 3 bedroom house. Located in Melton about 40kms from Melb CBD, walking distance to Woodgrove Shopping Centre, bus stop within walking distance, close to station and easy freeway access. Bedroom available is unfurnished however does have built in double wardrobe. Big backyard with pergola area. There is a small garden shed available for some storage. I am a vegetarian but do not care what you eat. I enjoy cooking and would be described as off scene at present. I am out alot due to a variety of activities and friends. House is neat and tidy and easy to keep clean. Very comfortable safe environment. Someone who is non judgemental, respects shared space and privacy. MUST BE WORKING! Ideally someone who is well adjusted , trust worthy and reliable and who can share a space without having to live in each others pockets. I already have a busy life. Good sense of humour essential. No super party animals, supersluts or drama queens need apply. Although we all have our vices and moments! Must keep the house safe for both of us!
