This is a 3 bedroom free-standing unit - I call them townhouses but others call them Villa units. Nice, clean, quiet. You would have access to broadband internet, Foxtel, hundreds of Dvds, phone, washing machine & dryer, bbq, dishwasher and off street parking for one car. Walking distance to the train Bonbeach Station, even closer to bus, one of Melbourne's best beaches, shops. You can use your own furniture or use the basic furniture in the room already - the room has a chest of drawers & a double bed bunk & a sofa but they can go out in the garage if you want to use yours. You will probably need to buy/bring a wardrobe. Air conditioning. Train takes 40 minutes to the city. 15 minutes to Monash Peninsula or Chisholm TAFE. Heaps of storage available in double garage. I have a big fish tank in the lounge. I am 46, male, single, quiet, gay-friendly, easy going, uni student, ex-teacher now working part time as a counsellor. I work three nights a week and Sunday morning. I cook and like to experiment. I am studying art & social work. I have had uni students as boarders before - works well. This time, it could be a full or part board arrangement negotiable or rent room and share expenses. Owner has put the rent up again and I need someone to help share the cost. Some company would be good too. Email or ring to inspect. Short or long term. I am not the tidiest person around. A house is a home not on display 24/7. I would expect you to clean up after yourself. I would be hoping to become friends with my flatmate but that doesn't mean we have to do everything together. I would expect that we would have some meals together. Hi, Older style house in Notting hill, within a 5 min. walk to Monash Uni. Large backyard with BBQ. Close to public transport on Blackburn Rd and at the Uni. Not far from train stations either a short drive or bus ride. Polished floor boards fully furnished, bedroom currently has a double bed in it which can removed if you have a bed. Also with in walsing distance of Brandon Park shopping centre.
