Exceptional 2 storey apartment. Modern design with views over the city, fully furnished apartment. Close to everything - public transport, shopping, gyms etc. Communal swimming pool, sauna, bbq area, on site and street parking, secure and quiet. Am a sane, gay, single bloke. Self employed graphic designer work from home, not on the scene and work long hours both at home and out. Train at gym 4 times a week, teach yoga 3 nights a week and often out on weekends. My home is a stunning tri-lelvel arch'y designed mod apt 1 of 4 in the middle of Fitz. It's a 5 min walk to Brunswick and Smith Streets which have regular trams to the city & it's a 5 minute walk to Fitzroy Pool. The apt has 3 lev's all floorboards with 2 good sized bedrooms & a bathroom/laund with Jap style deep bath/spa inc toilet on the bottom level.
The middle level is the kitchen, with dwasher lounge, dining level with a long balcony with views over the roofs of Fitzroy. The top level has a toilet & an office which I use as i run an IT bus from home but am happy to share the space. The top level also includes 2 outdoor areas. One which is large has an 8 seater outdoor table & chairs, BBQ & gas heater. The smaller outdoor area on this level has seating. Both have amazing & beautiful views over the city & surrounds.
The apt has 2 aircon's on levels 2 and 3 as well as gas central heat'g with timers etc. My business provides wireless www to the place. It's mod, bright and sunny with lots of glass and slide back walls. The apt is often used by friends for parties as it is a fantastic space for entertaining.
