years we have our 4 legged family which we adore we are both mad melb storm supporters dont usually do the clubs scene mainly around festive season like to have bbqs with friends or maybe a counter meal at the local pubs beer garden we tend to be pretty quiet through the week and let loose a bit on the weekends we are both very clean people and like our house to be that way. single female or couple MUST be animal lovers reliable when rent and bills are due and know how to clean up after themselves have respect for each others property happy if you want to cook for yourself would like someone that doesnt spend all their time in their room but also not coming and going all night can have partner stay over some nights but not frequent casual partners would like to be mates but not live in each others pockets HOPE THAT WORKS FOR YOU.

About me
The house is an older type weatherboard house, which consists of lounge,dining,2 bedrooms ,bathroom etc.Outside needs a paint but inside has been renovated ongoing project.The house is very comfortable and has a certain charm about it.It is only 35 min from the city,and 5 min walk from train or bus station.It is also 5 min walk from the centre of the town. The house is also alarmed. It is a easy going house hold, like to keep it neat but not fanaticaly clean,not into the scene.Mostly it is a quiet place , but at the same time am very ok with having a drink or two with the new house mate.I work full time and am mostly home during the week ,on weekends mostly am in and out. Looking for some one who doesnt mind sharing the bills and cleaning . must be honest and reliabile.Cooking can be either Each for themselfs or Share cooking , but i dont cook every night .Also a pic would be an advantage , thanks

The flat is two 02 minutes drive to Southland shopping center, five 05 minutes drive to the beach, very close to Mentone grammar school and all other amenities. I am looking for someone who is easy going, can look after themselves, clean and tidy. Someone who is stable and fun, respect others and not a party animal. Someone who can pay rent and bills on time.
