About me
2 bdrm modern, quiet, townhouse in a quiet complex in Berkeley Vale. All rooms have built ins. Has 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Small yard and off street parking. Bus route round the corner, 5 mins to Westfield Tuggerah, & Tuggerah train station. 10 mins to the F3 and university, 15-20mins to beach. Basically the centre of the central coast, with all other suburbs within a 15-20 min drive. Hi. I'm AJ, a casual, easy going 36 yr old male, who likes to spend his weekends going out, hanging with friends or just relaxing at home with a good movie and a few drinks. Not really into the scene. Work full time, mon-fri, 8.30-5pm. Like to chill out weeknights at home. Neat and tidy home, fully furnished except for the 2nd bedroom which is empty, but has a built in robes. The room fits a queen bed. Bathroom is shared. Not adverse to a smoker, as long as its done outside. Also have a home gym.... Feel free to come take a look if you like. Prefer a guy or couple between the ages of 16-40. If you respect other people's property & privacy, and are neat and tidy most times. We should get along fine. About me
Hi, I have a house at Narara, on the central coast. I would like to rent out the house to someone suitable. I only come to the coast on every second weekend and some weekdays. The house would be all to yourself, except when myself and maybe a friend come up for a few days. It is a three bedroom house and I would keep the main bedroom. You have your choice of two bedrooms and have the main bathroom with spabath. You would have to mow lawns and keep the house tidy. Otherwise you are on your own. The house is spacious, modern and partially furnished. I would however expect the house would be well looked after and kept clean. Train is 10 minutes walk. All I am looking for is a grounded clean person to share and look after the house with. You must be employed and easy going. You would need to be a non smoker and easygoing. Thats about it.
