It is keep clean and tidy. We both love to cook and eat lovely organic food when possible. We studying and do yoga, walk and enjoy the beach. Hello, We have a huge very modern room available in a luxury townhouse in labrador. We are located 1 street away from publie transport and 2 blocks away from the lovely broadwater. The person that would suit the house environment would be a professional that is working or studying. The house is a peaceful place, surrounded by many crystals and buddah's. Our house is clean and very tidy and is large. We are looking a good energy to join our house, if this sounds like you please give us a call. Under-cover patio & B.B.Q. available. 2 x very loving & spoilt small dogs to keep you company.T.V., telephone & Austar points in bedroom. Also close to Griffith Uni. Private home to live in. Enjoy a drink & ciggie outside relaxing. one person fulltime day work, one has shift work & one home all day.You can enjoy your privacy or mingle in relaxing watching t.v. I enjoy cooking but at the moment we all buy our own food with a small kitty for household goods.The place is kept generally tidy & clean but as I look after outside, would appreciate any help in keeping inside clean.
