Lowset 3 b/room approx 500 metre walk to beach with front and rear deck. Clean and modern. Available room has built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, security screens and currently has a double bed in it but if you want to BYO bed that is OK. House has 2 bathrooms so main bathroom would be primarily used by you. Off street parking available. Close to beach, Nobby Beach restaurant area, and shops. 3 blocks to Gold Coast Highway where stacks of buses can take you up or down the coast. Has dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave. Negotiable re use of internet. Rent includes electricity and yard maintenance. I am a 38 year old easygoing female and have only been living on the coast for the past 8 months, moved here from Brisbane for a promotion. I surf and have a couple of longboards. I am not really part of the scene. I have a girlfriend but she lives in Brisbane so sometimes I stay there and sometimes she stays here. I work fulltime and do some shift work latest finish time is 10pm and sometimes work during the day on weekends. I enjoy surfing, music, movies. I cook but am by no means a super chef. I am a bit of a home body during the week and enjoy a glass of red on weekends. I have 2 Labrador X dogs and they are allowed inside so you would have to like dogs. The house is neat and tidy. Occasionally entertain frinds and family but not into wild parties. Easygoing, tidy, reliable, trustworthy and must like dogs. I am pretty flexible about who I share with. Am happy to be friends but also like my own time as well. Prefer someone who is currently employed and shift work OK. Prefer someone neat and tidy who will share cleaning duties. Hello my name is Greg, 38, originally from sydney been here on the coast for 3.5 years. Love the gold coast. The neighbours are very quiet and it is very peaceful. I practice and study yoga. So you must love cats. 3 Bedroom 2 story Villa in a central location in southport, 5 mins walk to hospital. Huge park next door, 5 mins drive to the beach. Clean and tidy property with large open plan living. Modern Kitchen opens onto large dining area with outdoor entertainment area. Both bedrooms are sunny and fully air conditioned, with large built ins.

Downstairs toilet. The house mates that i'm looking for are to be working regular hours, preferrably in a full time job, who is happy, friendly and that loves to chat about things over a glass of wine with dinner occasionally. Someone that can contribute to the household environment and make it their house too. Be neat and tidy. This person must be able to cook, clean up after themselves and be considerate of the other people living in the house.
