About us
Modern 3bedroom with computer room.. 2x lounge, 2x living rooms with large outdoor alfresco living area with large back yard grassed area.
2x rooms available 1 with a/c other just fan, both got built ins..
NEW carpet and NEW flooring just installed..
Double lock up is ours.. but outdoor and off road safe parking is available..
Looking at gettin puppy.. rather you had no pets 4 this reason. Young gay couple.. both active n non sit at home type.. very clean and tidy
I work in transport.. but semi regular hours kept..
He has hours all over the place.. but master is at one end with 2nd n 3rd at other end of house..
adsl is connected with home phone
we are mostly non scene but open for the odd night on the town, tho weekend campin up the beach is preferred!!
Or rather a quiet night with movie or couple mates and drinks.
home is where we come to relax.. therefore a quiet peaceful place is maintained.. neighbourhood is very quiet -hence the buying factor..
pictures available.. but in the flesh is better as per usual!! simular age.. active.. NON smokers.. own transport would be easier on you.. tho there is the bus not far down the road.

Lovely 3 bedroom villa in southport, modern. open plan kitchen with dish washer that opens to dining room. separte lounge. internal laundry, downstairs toilet. 3 bedrooms upstairs. clean and tidy. i have my own business in catering and my housemate is at uni. We both can cook and love food. This is a chemial free organic house. we used distilled water and eat well, however we love our choclate. you must be a cat lover, there are 2 that live here. clean and tidy, quiet and isn't scared to do there share of the house work when required. prefer someone that can cook. a non smoker too.
