Convient location, close to bus, train, stops, about 40 minutes 60k's ish to Melbourne city, 5 to Corio Village, 10 minute to Geelong CBD all drive times
Well equiped house, freshly painted 12 mth's ago, Shower over Spa
Got as a project/investment/roof over my head, most of the indoor work done for now with central heating was the latest inside addition,
Outside in the process of being leveled out alittle and new fencing put up, will evenwith planns to widen the Carport when able.

Wanted a place that could treat as a Home and Project/investment
The place isnt perfect but more than comfitable. With loads of extras.
Fairly laid back and Easy Going type of guy, that respects honesty and privicy, but dont mind a good chat at times as well
Shainti I've had for going om 2 years, got her as a free to good home after loosing my pup, she's a pure breed Siberian Husky, so she will test you out. After someone who's honest, reliable, pretty easy going, laid back
Dont mind having visitors every now and then but not all the time,
Same goes for dont mind the occasional big one but not all the time as well
Someone who's clean but not obsessed for no that keen on house work here but try my hardest
Someone who's able to pay the bills on time or atleast be able to tell me if there going to be alittle late with good reason
Partners are fine, and take the move in situation as it arises, as for other situations take them as they come.
The most important is communication.
