About us
We have a modern open plan home with tropical gardens. We live in a quite street friendly area . Close to shops and transport. There's two of us . It's quite most of the time. And from time to time we may have BBQ with friends over. I'm home office but out a lot of the time. Nigel works full time Monday to Friday. Two dogs very friendly and a crazy parrot : the house is kept neat and tidy. Interests are gardening travel camping. Contact brad zero four two zero nine two four eight nine seven. We are looking for an easy going guy who is neat and tidy. Must be working and share cleaning duties. Some one who feels comfortable to have friends drop over but also can respect the fact that sometimes need to be quite times also. Be great to interact with us maybe have a chat or drink over dinner occasionally. We are fine with a partner or casual partners so long as it wasn't all the time. Just be respectful.

About me
Brand new block of white apartments, REALLY close to the city, minutes walk to city centre, top floor, very quite neighbours, neighbours are full of doctors, shift workers, nurses, teachers, so no noise in quite street Clean, quite, comfortable. Fully furnished, all you need is a bed.
Everything else is provided.
Looking for a nice clean person, easy to get along with, trustworthy, can enjoy a drink or two.
One that is conservitive, i dont like to use the dishwasher or dryer, so i wash dishes manual which isnt hard and i got clothes line so dryer for emergenices only lol....
all rooms have aircon and large windows so use air con rarely so keeps electricity bill down
