About us
The room would be ideal for a student attending Canberra University. ANU and CIT which are accessible from two bus routes which are 5 mins from the house. Shopping facilities close. Nice garden and good area if you like walking. 3 bedroom house in a quiet street with ADSL wifi access. My partner is Chinese so would be pleased to assist an Asian student, if required.
The bedroom has a double bed and chest of drawers with blankets etc. provided if required. Built in robe and student desk. Bathroom is shared. Must be neat and tidy and pay accounts on time. Preferably between 20 and 35 and be prepared for a quiet life

About me
Quiet house in Chisholm with two bedrooms and a seperate kitchen, laundry and dining area. A spare carport is available and the house itself is fairly private with a decent sized vegetable garden in the backyard. ADSL2 is connected. The electricity bill would be split and the phone/internet would depend on usage. If you only use it for e-mail I'd be happy to pay all of the internet.
I'm a 28 year old guy working in the public service. A little quiet and I like to keep reasonably fit, although I enjoy having some drinks and heading out of a weekend. I'm fairly tidy but not obsessively so and am pretty easy going.
I would prefer a non-smoker who's is reasonably tidy and at least employed part time. Shift work is okay. Having some people over for drinks or bringing home visitors is totally fine but I don't want to have huge parties or anything like that at the house. Pets are fine and having partners around is cool as well.
