The room would be ideal for a student attending Canberra University. ANU and CIT are accessible from the bus route which is 3 mins from the house. Shopping facilities close. Nice garden and good if you like walking. 3 bedroom house in a quiet street with ADSL wifi access. My partner is Chinese so would be pleased to assist an Asian student. I am retired and my partner is attending CIT at the moment. The bedroom has bed and chest of drawers with blankets etc. provided. Bathroom is shared. Must be neat and tidy and pay accounts on time.
