Apartment - Soho, 10 Burke Crescent - is north facing with awesome views to Parliament and hills. Own bathroom. Bedroom has a wall of windows/door to balcony facing Parliament. Fully furnished. 5 mins walk to shops/cafes/restaurants/transport. Secure parking and storage. Foxtel and broadband available but not connected. Search other sites - eg AllHomes - for photos of similar apartment. I am an active - ie play tennis 2-3 times a week and climb hills/altruistic - Rotarian/sociable/well travelled/professional. Watch little TV and like music on when home. Have friends over for drinks/dinner/cards/mahjong occasionally. Like to sleep in at weekends. Gay, friendly, considerate and clean. Ideally not here at weekends. Rent negotiable. Happy to share cooking/dining/drink together occasionally.

We like to socialise with friends regularly, and have the occasional dinner party or party at home. We like the usual recreational things of gym, movies, tennis, cycling, eating and chilling in front of the TV. Our ideal flatmate is someone who is clean, open and honest. They must have a job, and not smoke and have no pets.
