Quiet location. Transport less than 5 mins from front door. Share with a 37yo gay guy, worked for govt all my life, live here with my cat who is an indoors only cat. Im quiet, relaxed and very open minded, when at home i don't get bent up over too much as long as the place is tidy and my things respected. Personally i find relaxation comes with the freedom of being able to be myself and live as such so even the formalities of wearing clothes becomes optional. Family home for clean and easygoing tenant. Smallish bedroom with single bed and bare furnishing available if required. Situated in bedroom house. House is a rental so is clean but not tip top. Ideally you are a busy person too who is independent and looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live in. Must be clean and tidy. My flattie moved interstate, so I'm wanting someone to share my home.
I'm easy-going and respectful of space. I love good food, wine and cooking and generally have quiet nights during the week. I have two friendly dogs - Custard a milky maltese-silky who will be staying until early feb and Ruby a comical sausage dog.
I like to keep the house tidy - day to day but not obsessively -cleaner comes once a fortnight - so there's a cost sharing for this.
Not into the scene - prefer to have friends for dinner, or a movie and don't mind if yours visit, just as long as you're not after a party house.

Cosy 2 bed townhouse close to Farifield Gardens shopping centre - Coles, Liquorland - WOOHOO!, Fairfield Station - 3 minute stroll! Bedrooms upstairs, living downstairs.
