I'm Ryan, a 23 year old gay aussie. I'm after a housemate to share with, paying $150 each per week. Ideally, I'd then rent out the 3rd room, dropping our share down to $100ea, unless between myself and whoever moves in, we're happy to leave it at just 2 people. The unit is in a complex of 100 and has a pool and tennis court. All bedrooms have built in robes and air-conditioning throughout the unit. I know a few of the people in surrounding units, so it's fairly social. Unit is pretty much furnished. Bedrooms are empty for you to choose from. I'm neat and tidy but not obsessive - just expect people to clean up after themselves. Would definately entertain at home from time to time and am happy for you to. I'm easy going, work mon-fri and enjoy to take it easy on weekends or party hard. I'm looking for someone else who's social and wants to spend a bit of time together and have a laugh more like friends than people that just lock themselves away in their room.

About me
Large two storey home surrounded by tropical lush gardens, BBQ and spa pool. Fully fenced with remote front gates and undercover secure parking. Upstairs, there is a formal lounge, dining room, kitchen which we share , TV room, three bedroom which I use one for staorage , bathroom with shower and small bath and a seperate loo all yours . There is also a huge undercover wrap around deck upstair with water views and sea breezes. Downstairs is the entrance hall with internal staircase to upstairs. I live downstairs with my own bathroom and loo, lounge etc. There is a laundry with washer and dryer which we share . There is large undercover deck downstairs too, ideal for drying washing and having BBQs when raining. Situated very close to the water, transport and shopping centre. In off-peak hours it takes about 35 minutes to Brisbane. Hi, I am 39 from an italian background, well travelled and educated.
My home is very clean, tidy, spacious with a resort style feel and very private.
I work long hours Monday to Friday and enjoy my weekends cooking, gardening, listening to music or going to the beach.
I am not on the scene and wish to remain that way. As I enjoy my cooking I may have the occassional BBQ or dinner party.
My ideal flatmate must be mature minded, responsible, reliable, respectful and have full time employment. No loud music or wild parties as I respect my good neighbours. Cleanliness is a must.

2 storey 3 bedroom unit in a complex of about 100. All rooms have A/C & built in robes and the complex has a swimming pool and tennis court. Unit is furnished but bedrooms are not.
