About me
Room to rent in a two bedroom, cosy Queenslander cottage in Hawthorne. The room is double-queen sized, the largest of the two and has large buit ins. The house has alot of character, high tin pressed ceilings, a claw foot bath and a HUGE wrap around deck. House is partly furnished, room is unfurnished. City cat stop, train station and bus stop are all within walking distance as is Hawthorne Cinema and Oxford street. Basic Foxtel package is included in the rent. I'm an easy going, 30 year old guy who works 4 days/week and studies 1 day. I enjoy my beer and like to drink a fair bit of it on the weekends. I like to keep communal areas clean and tidy but am by no means a neat freak. I'm equally happy watching a movie at home or hittin the booze at the pub. I'm not really into the scene but head to gay clubs occasionally, I'm more of a pub/tavern guy. My staffy x, Missy, is the real boss of the house so you'll need to be dog friendly. I'm really open as far as who I'll live with. As long as you pay the rent on time, aren't a complete pig in the house and like to have a laugh, we'll get along just fine. Any age is fine, party animal or home body, single or coupled. Just get in touch so we can meet and I can answer any questions you might have.
