About me
Modern 3bedroom spacious unit fully carpeted and surrounded by a lush leafy aspect which is private and quiet. The bedroom is a good size for a queen size bed and bedside draws etc and built Inns. Furnishings in the lounge are new and everything is there for you to use. Very good transport wih the bus at our door stop and the train at milton also close. Very good location to shopping centres and city only 8 mins away.
Secue parking for a vehicle and secured entry into the building. the unit is on the first floor at the rear of the complex so its private Im 32 Brissy born but well travelled. Currently a Customer service and recruitment manager with a large company. I work regular hours which sometimes are long and cant wait for my weekends!
I love to cook when Im not being lazy and big on coffee, breakfast with freinds on a sunday are a must and the unit is so close to park road and rosalie cafes! Im big on movies and eat out often with friends as Im a bit passed partys at home and cleaning up peoples mess! Im big on wine. Im looking for someone who is easy going can have a laugh. Id like to have a flatemate thats trustworthy and also someone who can be a good freind though I dont expect anyone to live out of my pocket or feel bad if we dont always do things together so its sometimes good to have space. My furniture is new so Id like someone to respect my things and also clean up after yourself, the usual stuff! You dont have to cook for me but from time to time I might get you to test my cooking but be careful. Im a bit tidy but thats because I hate cleaning up all the time so hopefully you wont be to to messy but dont worry Im not hitler and I wont chase you up to clean up!

About us
Huge room in an old house with a pretty impressive garden. The room is massive but with no built-in wardrobe. Shared bathroom. We also have tomato plants and an avocado tree, and a park right behind us. Very close to buses/trains/shops/restaurants/everything. Lets just say the place has character.. as well as a solar powered hot water system. You'll be living with myself and Cat, we're both very easy going 18 year old uni students, and would love to get drunk in the kitchen with you. We make attempts to keep the house clean, though it doesn't always work out that way.. I like to be friends with the people I live with. We're not too picky about anything, but it'd be nice to have someone who does their fair share of the housework based on mutual respect for everyone else. That doesn't mean it needs to be perfect. Also, the house is vegetarian but it's not absolutely necessary that you are. If you don't like to drink or socialise you may not fit in very well.

About me
Quiel cul-de-sac street. Double size bedroom with walk in robe - has bed or bring your own. 20 min walk to train 30 mins to city. Bus only 5 min walk. 20 mins to St Ives Shopping Centre and Redbank Plaza. Very airy and bright house - small garden. I am 40 yo professional male working close to the city. Pretty easy to get on with. Like my own time as well as doing things with others. Go out occassionally to the city. Not a great cook but suprise myself sometimes. I sometimes work long hours but 8 to 5 mon to fri is usually the norm. No pets but would love a small to medium dog. House is usually neat and tidy. Definetely not a party house but have friends around. Open to age group must be employed full time and able to pay rent on time. Would be good if the housemate became friends - maybe go out sometimes movies or into city. Would be nice if they could cook - prepared to share those duties or if you want to go alone that is fine too. My house is normally clean and tidy - not that hard to pick up after yourself. Like my quiet nights - usually go out for fun and entertainment.
