Has a massive yard, great for entertaining under a large tree and views from the front of the house see parts of the city and Mount Cootha.
There is street parking available for those with cars.
Comes furnished with a lounge and dining table. I personally have supplied the fridge, microwave, washing machine, tv and my own personal gym. I will be getting ADSL internet connected once the landlord connects a working phoneline to the house.

Generous sized bedroom 3.6m x 2.7m $120/w - with ceiling fan.
Rooms don't have built-ins.
The landlord has raised the house and built another 3 bedroom house underneath which we can't access Gas, water and electricity are split with the 3 tenants down stairs.
