Offering medium sized bedroom fully furnished if you wish with Double Bed, desk and 2 BIR's. Otherwise furniture can be removed.
Situated in the heart of Burpengary it's only 10 minute walk to either Train Station or Shopping Centre. Also close is Library and Parks.
I operate a business from home but very little business clients visit. I work and live strange hours and busy with many community groups. I like to visit the valley once or twice a fortnight but don't regard myself as on the scene at all.
I have both a cat and a dog which are friendly to all, well the dog is - Cats aren't freindly creatures
I enjoy cooking but hope to share that and the cleaning. Although areas of the place could be called junky - I like to keep the place clean. Hope to find someone that has similar morels shouldn't be hard - i don't have many and would like to become friends. I don't have any problem with friends invited around within reason - just not the party house every weekend. Would like someone to respect my place with the view that everything is avaible for use.
Occasional partner staying over is fine, casual sleep overs are fine. Only a problem if it feels like there's always three people living here instead of two.
