Beachfront property. One of 7 Units. 2 Bdr Apt with own built ins. Combined, but large, laundry and bathroom. The landlord is our neighbour who provides free dinner every Sunday night as part of the rent. An almost private courtyard where you could plant vegies or flowers of your choice. Entrance is not visible from the road, so lots of privacy. Also private side entrance to the beach front. My name is Tim, I work full time in the medical industry. After 15 years of travelling around the globe and quite a lot around Australia, I have settled down to stay in one place. I have a lot of volunteer commitments outside of work, and if I am not doing that I am either at the gym or playing sport. Having a background in business, I prefer things to be neat and tidy and in order, so I like to keep my home like this too. I prefer to have quiet nights on weeknights due early rising for work, but love to play up on the weekends. Being sociable is very important to me, so try to hang out with friends whenever I get the chance. My ideal flatmate would be a mature minded male, working full time in a stable job. Yet someone who still knows how to play up like a little kid on the weekend. You must be able to cook for yourself as I have food allergies, which means I have to cook my own food. You must be neat and tidy. And be willing and able to socialise in the gay scene. Oh yeah, and if you actually can lift the toilet seat up before you pee, then you are almost perfect!

About us
We have an old home hence the price. Your room is the middle sized room right near the bathroom and toilet which might be a good thing or bad thing. You have access to the whole house except our bedrooms which hopefully wont be too long once we get to know you. You are free to use some of the hallway cupboard for storage space too. Internet avail. I am 25, gay, finished uni last year and worked during the holidays in Kingston and Robe to make some money before i returned to Adelaide in search of a teaching job. At the moment the paperwork is still being finalised and i would like a flat mate to help pay the rent while i get settled doing temporary relief teaching.
My brother is 19, straight and goes to uni studying astrophysics so he is pretty smart. We are completely different. He is pretty reserved and can sit on the internet all day playing on line games such as EVE, while i like to get out and about and play tennis and play more tennis. I like to socialise too.
Therefore at the moment, i am home quite a lot looking for a job and maintaining the house. My brother goes to Uni tuesday to friday starting at 9 and finishing roughly at about 5 each day or just prior. I would say we are not tidy or messy. We are in between.
As brothers we are quite comfortable with each other and comfortable to be messy around each other. With a third person, it will be different. All of my brothers friends are on the internet so he never has anyone over and i don't invite too many over so it's mainly just us here.
We go to sleep pretty late but if one of us has to go to bed, we just tell the other one, and he will just turn the tv down, the music down, whatever it is to accomodate the other one. Thats what we will do. We are very respectful guys and are approachable. aged 20-35, genuine, not a massive party animal, respectful, fun, not moody, approachable, quiet when we are sleeping, be able to afford the rent and pay share of electricity, gas and phone, smoke outside
