This neat 3 Bedroom villa home is in a quiet street and very close to public transport and Tea Tree Plaza and Mawson Lakes University
The room has abuilt in robe and is furnished with a single bed and 2 sets of drawers if required. These can be removed if not required.
It has a paved undercover Verandah area out the back and fully enclosed down the side of the house.
Neighbours are very quiet and keep to themselves. Off street parking is available.
It has Foxtel and Cable Broadband which is all included

Im a 41 yo guy professionally self-employed who is very easy going and down to earth.
The home is clean and tidy and I have 1 cat and 1 small dog who are very friendly.
I'm not on the scene and not into pubs/clubs
I enjoy sports and the footy and a nice glass of red Looking for a decent down to earth, responsible person who is working full time or studying.
Non-smoker preferred but doesn't bother me but must be drug free and tidy.

About me
Comfortable home on a large Permaculture garden block with fruit trees and free range organic chooks eggs included in rent. I live in a fairly quiet suburb adjacent to the multicultural shopping and art/cafe scene along Prospect road walking distance. There are quick bus routes into the city along Prospect and Main North roads. there is a friendly local gym nearby.
the room is a double one with large windows overlooking the garden and street trees. House has wireless internet and there is a tv antennae cable in the room. some furniture available if needed I am semi retired studing Visual arts next year - probably two to three days a week. My day job is working as a counsellor with children Gardening and Art keep me almost sane. I would have to say my place is a comfortable mess, nobody has ever accused me of being a neat freak. I have a tendency not to cook but am pretty good at growing vegetables and fruits. I am a morning person...especially in summer when I like to get out and garden at dawn
I have a good sense of humour and have recently had a go at doing stand up comedy.
These days opt for a quieter life with reading, the arts and gardening my main interests. I have visits from my grandaughter 6 fairly regularly and friends from time to time. I am also trying to get a peoples choir going in the Prospect area. I am a fairly relaxed and open minded person need to be if you work as a counsellor! Happy to have partners stay over. An all night rager would probably not suit the household. I would like to be able to get on well with someone who moved in...not in an intrusive way but just because it would make life more pleasant. Would prefer someone of mature years as I am at that point 55 myself. I would expect the housemate to share cleaning duties but I don't have overly high standards, once a week whip round with the hooover is fine. Prefer someone working or studying.

I have a big interest in fitness and health. As well as keeping the place always clean and tidy.
Due to a food allergy I always cook my own food. This allergy to seafood and MSG means it can never be brought into the apartment.
Weeknights I need a good quiet sleep.

You must be able to buy and cook your own food.
Having friends over occasionly is fine, but the place is too small for three people, so partners visiting regularly would need to be discussed.
