Friendly 32yr old guy who will be new to Perth. I have lived all over the world. Looking to share with another guy/guys in a central location near the gay scene. I am educated, love to laugh and am generally good company I think ! I like things neat and tidy and am not prepared to move in with someone who needs cleaning up after !!! That said, I am pretty easy going. I am going to be working in Perth and probably studying part time too. Enjoy meeting new people and like going out. I am also into just chilling at home. Damn, I sound like I am schizophrenic ! It has to be CLEAN, have aircon and needs to be centrally located. Obviously I would prefer to have my own bathroom. Close to a gym and other services would be good. Also important to have somewhere safe to park a car. I would have to get broadband and other services would be good too, but am pretty flexibile. Friendly, like to laugh, focused, have direction, be neat and tidy and respectful of others. Oh, and you also have to like to go out and party once in a while ! That said, this ad is for a flatmate and not a partner. Separate lives is also fine by me. Would be nice to live with someone that knows Perth and people in Perth. As I won't know many people in the gay scene.
