Hello, I'm a new graduate from London in England, I'm coming over to Sydney to gain some work/life experience. I am an osteopath so if you ever have any aches or pains I'm your ideal flat mate! I will be in full-time employment working normal hours from 9am-6pm and during the week i'll probably stay in but I do like socialising. Other than osteopathic medicine, I am a DJ but won't be bringing any decks and I am a streetdancer/body popper. I love my music but never play it loud and have always respected peoples preferences. The most important issue in choosing a home is its location to central sydney. I've never lived near water before so that would be a bonus. I like my space but am not bothered by having a small room. I want to live with flat mates who are my friends, not just my flat mates. I want to get on with them enough to socialise with them... but at the same time understand when people need space. Its important that I can have a laugh with my flatmates and be open with them. I like going out as much as I like staying in with a DVD and a takeaway.

I'm Chris, 44 currently living in Parramatta as I have for the last 7 years. However owner now wishes to move in with new fiance. Work shift work in Granville so prefer to stay in area in Greater Parramatta/Merrylands. I like to cook and appreciate a variety of cuisines. No pets, don't go out much. Conflicts should be avoided by open negotiation and a laid back attitude. That is me. Don't want to travel to far to work by train, so proximity to a station is important. A double size room at least. I have furniture which can be either used or stored. ADSL/Cable and pay TV is preferred. I am easy to get along with. As a shift worker this gives each person some space, which is good. Happy to negotiate meals if that is desirable. Like a tidy place. Will definitely do my share of cleaning. Don't need a party place, however not a wowser, and would enjoy unwinding together.
