Well, I'm an easy going person who likes to be active... work, study and social. I'm 26 years old and have been living in Melbourne now for about 3 years having moved from Sydney. I work full-time in hospitality and finish very late, don't eat at home that much cos i usually eat at work/uni/out. For 2-3 days I study at RMIT advertising... after all that I enjoy meeting up with friends, love dining out and all that stuff... if i can i struggle to gym twice a week. When at home i'm very relaxed, like a good chat and easy TV... I'm now looking for a new place as the owners are selling! Well, obviously its nice to come home to a clean and tidy living space especially when you've had a long day or hard night!! I prefer living in Sth Yarra, Prahan or Richmond... its just too convenient for everything and most of my friends live in the area as well and I don't drive, so also don't need a car space. Any size room that fits a queen bed-furniture is fine. Other than that theres not much else. I'm pretty easy going and comfortable with most people, I find it easy to socialize with most people regardless of age, sex, whatever. I really prefer to get along well with house-mates and do enjoy there company and ideally to become friends i guess. When it comes to cooking i don't really cos of work, I may sometimes cook breakfast before i head out though. I'm a pretty clean/tidy person and do clean/tidy up... if you do have a cleaner come in sometimes though i don't mind paying. With myself I hardly ever have friends over... but i don't mind if you like to entertain and have friends over!....

Paula, 23 y.o. Part-time work as a receptionist/secretary, and part-time studying nursing a Latrobe Please don't let the word 'studying' scare you away, I'm a bit of a nanna, not a typical student. Work 9-5 Mon-Weds and at uni approx 9-5 on Thurs-Fri, then I'm a crazy extra-curricular nerd at the moment, with Spanish lessons, ninjitsu, circus, and ballroom dancing on nights during the week. Like to chill out and maybe have a few beers on the weekend to get relaxed for the week to come. I would love somewhere that has a bit of outdoor space cos I love gardens and want to get back to growing herbs and stuff cos I love cooking too!

I would need a room that can fit a double bed in plus a desk.
I would come bearing a front-loader washing machine, plus probably some other stuff that I can't think of at the moment. Don't really mind who I live with, as long as they know how to pay rent/bills on time and can keep the house reasonably clean most of the time! Little mess is fine, but I don't wanna live somewhere filthy like with piled up mouldy dishes or stuff like that!
