I have returned to Australia after 10 years working abroad. Easy going, very clean, independant but like to socialise too. Like swimming, exercising and cooking. I smoke socially, but not inside. Like some alone time but am happy to do house hold stuff together too. As it will be my first time living in Australia after ten years away, it's going to be a bit of a novelty for me. Having the right place to live, in the right location with the right people is sorta important. I am a professional with full time employment. Light and airy house/apartment. Furnished bedroom, as am coming only with clothes and laptop. Would prefer something with a view or balcony, and higher floor if it is an apartmnent with a view would be good. Ensuite nice, but definitely has to be a good bath in the house. Close to transport; I wouldn't want to travel more than 20 minutes a day. Internet connection is a must. I like animals - but just not a menagarie of them! Am very interested in the house that came up again in New Farm -and was hoping the tennant would put some internal pictures up on line for me to see - before I make a further deciosion about upgrading my membership. I will be looking for a place as of 21st January 2008 as my lease runs out. Although they would like me to stay I feel a change is in need.
I'm a full-time veterinary nurse and do puppy preschool once a week too. I love my job and planning to go to university next year part-time to further my career options.
I love the outdoors and keeping fit. Love living the healthy and active lifestyle but with sluggish lazy days in between : my biggest passion is travelling and love backpacking. I wouldn't say i can cook great but can cook a standard meal.. Being a vegetarian though i wouldn't know how to cook meat. lol.
I love to hit the clubs on the weekends if money allows but because i work full-time during the week i'm usually home Monday to Friday. I'm a shift worker during the day but latest finish 9pm

I have my own bedroom furniture, fridge and washing machine and some kitchen utensils which i'm more then happy for future housemates to use if needed. I'm looking for a double room or a large room to fit a double bed, blanket box and bedside table in, preferably with built-ins but i don't mind.

I am a 27 year old professional gay guy who likes to keep active, both physically and socially. I work Monday to Friday and like nothing more on weekends than being out and about catching up with friends over a coffee, a meal, or better still, a drink.
