Need to have a functional kitchen Gaggenau is God preferably with gas. Decent refrigeration is also requisite.
Bathroom needs are simple : a shower and tub keeps me happy.
Decent sized rooms with no sense of overcrowding is essential.

my ideal household meets all the above - I want somewhere to call home and not just a roof over my head : being able to come home from work, dump the suit, and have a smart glass of red while sitting on the deck in my boxers is pretty much my ideal way of crashing after the office. Slow-style cooking and eating is pretty essential to my non-anglo heritage, and I embrace it with a passion. Ideally want to share with others who share same outlook.
