Online Mailbox
The online mailbox allows you to send and receive emails to and from other advertisers without disclosing your email address. Click on MY MAIL in the menu bar to go to your online mailbox.

To read an individual email, simply click on the email title. To reply click the REPLY button.

The sender of an email is identified in the FROM section of both the inbox and the individual email. Click on the sender's name in the individual email to link through to their ad.
The crucial advantage of an online mailbox is that it means that your actual email address is NEVER disclosed online or to other advertisers. This protects your privacy and keeps your email address secure from spammers and online fraudsters.
How do I send an email?You can only send an email to your Gold Star Matches once you have upgraded to Premium Membership status.

The email facility is located adjacent to the individual ad view. It remains inactive until you upgrade. Once you upgrade, the email facility is activated for your Gold Star Matches. Simply enter a message title, your message text and click SEND.
To receive email from your Gold Star Matches you must be a Premium Member. If you have not yet upgraded to Premium and a Gold Star Match sends you an email you will not receive the email, however, you will receive an alert that an email has been sent. As soon as you upgrade, you will be able to read the email.

Once the email facility has been activated, the title line of every email sent to an advertiser is shown in the MAIL HISTORY section adjacent to their ad. Click on the the title line and you will be taken to the full email text.
