It is completely FREE to place an new ad on Let-iT-Out.com. First click on PLACE AN AD in the menu bar on any page.
Now choose whether you wish to place an ad offering a property for share or rent or to place an advertisement for yourself searching for a place to share, a vacant place to rent or other people to team up with. Click GO and follow the prompts to create your new ad. It will usually take less than 10 minutes.
Ads with images attract more attention and are proven to be more effective at delivering successful matches. Let-iT-Out.com allows you to upload as many as five - distortion free - images to accompany your ad.The final stage of the ad creation process allows you to preview what your ad will look like online. It is at this stage that you can upload images.
Click on BROWSE to see the folders on your computer. Select the image you wish to upload and click on LOAD. The image will appear in your preview. Now write a brief description of your image and click on NAME to store your image and it's description. Repeat the process to upload up to four additional images.
Your uploaded images are automatically optimised by the system to make sure that they fit on a single screen, minimise memory use so that they upload fast and are presented distortion free to maximise their appeal.
To edit your ad, first click MY ADMIN, then choose MY AD in the submenu. Finally, click EDIT ad. You will be shown the original screens as when you created your ad - this time with the data from your existing ad. Simply change the entries and proceed thorugh all the screens to confirm your edits. At the completion of the editing process the AI Room MatchMaker will be launched to assess the impact your changes have made on your match percentages. You may edit your ad as often as you wish. 
To suspend your ad, first click MY ADMIN, then choose MY AD in the submenu and finally, click SUSPEND. The display of your ad will be suspended.
NOTE: Suspending the display of your ad does not suspend your premium membership which will continue to run until the end of the paid membership period.

You will be taken to the input screens for a new ad but with the original detail pre-populated. Check that the information is still relevant (paying special attention to dates!) and then click LAUNCH on the final page. 
The AI Room MatchMaker will immediately generate a new matchlist for you. You may suspend and restore your ad as often as you wish.
